How do you create rounded edges using Photoshop. Actually, I am trying to round the top of a rectangular shape. Please don't say the pen tool. I can't figure that thing out for the life of me.

Photochop? Right. You can't use it very well eh? Well I'd say you should learn how to say photoshop before you try to use it. ;)

Hmmm, I have a slow connection so I can't check out those tutorials. But I used to just use the circle marquee tool, create a circle and just used the top left quarter of it and overlayed it on top of the rectangle. Time consuming, but it works, and nothing fancy.

If you're using PS 6 it's rather simple. Just choose the Rounded Rectangle tool.

Use a grid to create your rectangle and then select the ellipse tool and hold shift. By holding shift and dragging the tool you will get a perfect circle. Just match the edges of the circle to the area of the rectangle that you want rounded.
