Photoshop question.

When I select something and cut it - it is really blurry now. It is like there was some setting added - and I can't figure out how to get it off. It cuts the selection - but it is fuzzy almost like a glow.

Is there a 'reset all options to factory' setting somewher?

did you apply a feather to the selection?

i think there's a history palettte. Delete history until that point.

I figured it out - it was the stupid feather thing . ..
