I have an image that is, on screen 10"x10" but I need it scaled down to 4x4"
when I just resize the image and print it looks like crap.
HOw do I get as crisp as possible when scaling down?
 
Image -> Image Size... -> Document Size -> Change to 4x4 with Bicubic interpolation (there are also options for Bicubic Sharper and Bicubic Smoother).
