Photoshop-Like program for Linux?

I saw a screenshot a while back with someone using a VERY PS-like program, almost identical, only under Linux.

Anyone know what this program was? IT WAS NOT PHOTOSHOP.

GIMP is the GNU Image Manipulation Program, it came out before Gnome was around and it was actually the base for GTK (Gimp Tool Kit) which is a major part of the Gnome widget set now.
