Photoshop help!

I need help creating a very simplistic logo. Extremely similar to the image below, but in a green top fade instead of the blue top fade shown.

It should read:

'The Finance $tud' and have 'Maximize Your Finances' as the tagline.

If someone could create this in a .png file and have the background transparent? I don't have Photoshop, otherwise I'd do it myself.

I'll select a small gift card reward from either Walmart, Lowes or Staples for it.

The size should be a bit smaller than that example. It will be used as a website banner.

It is a gradient job from what the example looks like. I wish I still had the program, ahhhh!
