What would I use to fix the glare on a forehead?
I tried content aware but it just pasted tufts of hair in there that didn't look good.

gonna be hard because exposure is completely overblown in that part

At some point you just have to come to the realization that you can't grow hair like when you were younger. Sorry to be the one to tell you but you need a barber.

The skin is fixed easily enough, but the hairline is gone. It will need to be recreated and will never be 100% accurate. And it's time consuming work.

The light washed out the detail in the hair. There's not going to be much you can do for that. I tried my standard Photoshop tricks with levels and saturation, but anything you do leaves a huge bright spot.

Therefore, I went another route:
