Photoshop help needed!!!!

Ok there is a little joke going around the office, we share a little kitchen with several other department groups...

No one ever refills the coffee when they are finished and my group thinks it would be funny to post a little note over the pot of a Terry Tate pic I have with that expression on it...

Problem is I don't have photoshop nore the ability to make it look good...

Could someone do it for me out of the goodness of your heart???

I worked on that for a hour and a half, I dont have photoshop I used Picture IT 2001.

I was not 100% happy with it, so I added a few more final touches to it.
