you can highlight the area of the face thats red and then go to Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation
then on the drop-down menu click on Reds (or maybe Magentas) and just play around with the hue and saturation sliders.

i've never actually done this but i think it'll work

after selecting and feathering, I would bump the hue a couple points to the right and the saturation a couple to the left until the color approximated the rest of the face. Using my color picker to verify if I was unsure. After color has been attained, you may need to adjust levels to lighten the area to match the rest of skin tone.

If you are having to do many pictures, the clone stamp will take too long but is the best method for exactness. As one poster mentioned, the fastest way would be to select the area you wish to de-blush for lack of better word feathered, and slide down the saturation a few notches.

I would say use the sponge tool and change the settings to desaturate, and then the red hue. gives you more control that way.

There are various methods of doing so.
Anyway, using Clone Stamp would be the easist way of doing so.
