Is there a filter and/or macro that can touch up a blurry photo in Photoshop?

i'm using photoshop 7

not really unless it's motion blur. I've seen something which does a good job fixing motion blur.

There are trade offs for bad photo taking 🙂

You can't sharpen blurry photos. Sharpening only helps to appear to bring out details and contrast in a decently focused photo. It will only increase the noise in a blurry photo.

Perhaps a good artist could help you but it would be time consuming.

Depends on how blurry it is and what caused it to be blurry, I've used it many times to correct slight focus problems. If the blur is due to motion or camera shake it's not as effective.

True, that's why I said "decently focused" in my other response. However, these still have good focus in order to make a 5x7 print. You are just seeing it as slightly OOF b/c we now view our pictures at the pixel level.

OP, give the program I listed a shot. It actually says it works on other blur also, although I'm not sure about that. You can download a free trial on their website. I would not expect miracles though.
