Not looking for fancy results, just want to add a picture of person's head into a video for some laughs.

Any programs that can do this?

 
Awesome thanks! What I want to do is photoshop one of my friend's head into a music video he's obsessed with. Which would say is the best?

They are all evenly matched. I have used Premiere Pro for the last 3 versions, and I know someone that uses Edius, and they look and work almost the same. I have never used Vegas, but I know it's very similar as well.
 
Alright then I might try Adobe Premier, unless you think one has a shorter learning curve than the others, thanks.
