Photo Quality printer that is VERY good on ink and won't break the bank.

Need some suggestions. I have an old Lexmark 3200 that's finally giving up... won't take just one sheet of paper anymore, takes about 25... the black quality is very good, I can't tell the difference between it and laser, but, the color quality is lacking of course. So I'm looking for a new one, preferable something under $100, but maybe as much as $150 that is easy on ink so I don't have to buy ink after printing 2 or 3 8x10's. The majority of the printing will be black and white, but I have a digital camera and would like to print some pictures every now and then.

So here's the main things I'm looking for...

$100-150
cheap ink/easy on ink (don't mind if I have to buy it frequently if it's cheap enough)
very good black & white text quality
"good enough" photo quality (doesn't have to look professional)

I'm not brand loyal or anything, so pretty much any brand is fine.

Canon i470d or s530d. You can get an s530d @ Officemax for about $19-29 this week if its in stock. i470d usually has a hot deal every other week as well. Canon has cheap ink and great quality.

Thanks for the suggestions... anyone else have an opinion? The s530d looks like it has a few more features than the i560... but I haven't been able to find it at many places.
