i'm looking to get my fiancee a photo printer to go along with the digital camera i got her for christmas. any suggestions on what i should look at? so far i've been looking at hp and epson.
 
What price range? Personally, I'll look on Canon brand since they tend to do great colors and also cheaper. IPX 3000 is decent and fast. If you want something more luxurious, get the IPX 8000.
 
I bought my wife the Olympus P10 (got it from ZZF) and it is an incredible printer. The cost of consumables run about .42$ a print but it's easy to use and look like they came from a photo lab.
