Hi, I have a lot of photos that I like to have organized. I would also like to add comment or keywords to my pictures that I can use a keyword for searching, a particular photo. What software do you guys recommend?
 
Picasa is great for going through all your pictures in a nice visual style.

I'm also gonna add irfanview as a good batching program. I use it in conjunction with picasa to do batch resizing and renaming.
 
Kodak Easyshare 4.x is very good and free. It works seemlessly with ofoto and has many great features.
