Stupid warranty company sent me a Treo 650 as an 'equivalent replacement' phone and I had to call them up and bitch at them that a PalmOS phone is NOT equivalent to a PPC phone. In the week that I had the Treo, I was impressed with it's one handed functionality, but was dissapointed by several things in the OS all together. The Treo and I just wern't speaking the same type of english. On top of that, the one they sent me was defective, and wouldn't wake from sleep mode. I had to download a program and install it and change the power properties to never turn off, so it left kind of a bad taste in my mouth. I probably wouldn't buy another PalmOS based phone based off of that experience... but anyways, back on topic!

Dude, i see 10 year olds with phones... no kidding! Across from where i work is a ballet/dance school, and when they get breaks, you see an army of little girls come out in their little outfits and crack open their phones.

I don't have a landline, plus most of my friends are long-distance calls for me, so the cell phone makes sense.

I'm still using a VX6000 - I'll probably keep it until next July when I can use my new every two discount to get a new phone. The plastic cover over the outer LCD screen got cracked somehow - I've been meaning to replace it.

It's disgusting...what kid really needs a cell phone. They're probably just calling each other at recess, I'm on the swings..where are you? the slide oh yeah i see you. I don't even feel like I need a cell phone, if I want to be contacted I'll be at home, online...call you. I've only got one incase my car breaks down while driving back and forth from home to college.
