we sell a hole in one policy that give you coverage for 10 rounds per month

I've been given the fun task of setting up a phone system that will pull info from a dbase...

so, for example... if you call in you can enter your customer id and then activate 1 of you 10 rounds over the phone... or also listen to hear how many rounds you have left... that kind of stuff.

what kind of phone system do we need? what should i search google for? any experiences with this stuff?
