My gf is going to Spain for a little over 2 weeks and I want a phone card that works for all of Europe for me to call her at nights. I obviously looked on Google but there are so many phone card sites, I was hoping you guys could help me out. Also, I want one for all of Europe cause shes going to be going to different places all around Spain and some of them are different codes, so I want one for all of Europe just to make sure.

Thanks
-Phil

No advice for you, but I've been meaning to post the opposite question - I'm going to Europe and need a good phone card to call the U.S. Rather than start a new thread, I figure I'll leech off of yours. ;)

I'm in the same situation - wife is going to Italy in a week, for 2 weeks. onesuite.com and big____.com (sorry I forget) are the two most often mentioned...

I'm with isasir though - I want to find her a card to call me instead...

i know there's this card called the Alliance card that allows you to make calls to Europe. when i worked as a private eye, i had to make overseas calls all the time and this card always worked.

This phone card seems to be good: Super Clean Phonecard

No connection fees (except $.50 for payphone calls), no maintenance fees, 1-minute billing, and low rates. I just bought one but haven't used it yet.

You could also try nobelcom.com

I use the AT&T card you can buy at Sam's Club/Walmart and just do a callback to the states. Not the cheapest (double the normal rate at least) but I've always been able to find a working access number in whatever country I'm in, whereas one time I tried to use one I bought off the internet and the access number was old and discontinued. Of course it would be cheaper to find a local card but when you are only in a country for a day or two that can be a waste.

Private eye huh? Cool. You should share some stories with ATOT. I'm sure you have some good ones to tell.
