Phone call forwarding

I live in Miami and have 305 area code cell phome, soon i am moving to Chicago.
I would like to get a 773 number that can forward to the 305 cell phone.

I tried searching on the net but they all usee 800's. I don't have a place yet in Chicago so I can't get a land line and then forward my calls.

Anyone know of anything like this??
