Just moved into phoenix and I'm coming up on the 1 month mark, been finding my way around very well. I'm gonna take my girlfriend out to eat for her birthday and want to make reservations at a high class restaurant.. I would take her to Olive Garden or something like that, but we go to restaurants like that on a regular basis and want something a little more than that.. I was a cook in the fanciest restaurant in my town so I know how to tell a good restaurant but I haven't found my way around the city in that way yet...

So.. any suggestions for fine dining around Phoenix? Any help is greatly appreciated!! Thanks!

Oh... sure you might think, go eat at The Cellar, they have a head chef who has had a ton of experience, he's cooked with a lot of the chefs on the food network, It will be one of the best meals you've ever had. We had pro food taste-testers in there all the time when I worked there. It's a pretty awesome place.

The real question is; is the dining as limited as your punctuation and spelling abilities?
