Phoenix BIOS Error

I haven't come across this before and am looking for some help.

Relatively new laptop starts up, shows just the Phoenix BIOS logo on the screen then spits this out and goes no further:

RP: 00282B34, RBIT: 0012B817
Code: E0, Line: 1548

I searched Google and the Phoenix BIOS site and all I can come up with is this

Phoenix BIOS error codes
(It's a PDF)

Possibly a chipset problem. So my question is this: Anyone have any idea what Error Code E0 means on a Phoenix BIOS and if so, because it's a Systemax laptop, is it worth trying to fix it or is there no point because the BIOS chip is probably soldered on?? TIA

I don't believe so; none visibly but it's hard to be definitive w/o being able to get into or past the BIOS. I would assume it would Halt On Keyboard Errors anyway but I can't be sure of the default BIOS settings Systemax uses.
