LOL, I told you that you will like Pho. Next time, order a different kind of pho and don't forget the spring rolls, you will like them even more. Have fun and enjoy.

Now it is almost 2 a.m. here, and I wish my mom is here so she can cook some killer pho.

Lol,why do people get so worked up over pho. its noodles in beef soup. this stuffs easier to make than spaghetti

I can tell you've never seen or have a clue how pho is made.

The green leafy stuff you put in was the aforementioned Basil-Mint relative. I'm sure you discovered why I call it that; tastes kind of like both, but not exactly like either.

Next time you should try it with Tendon, and maybe Tripe. I find that Tendon dipped in Hoisin/Plum Sauce is the best part of Pho.

On a related note, Spring Rolls kick ass. Get 'em next time, unless you're allergic to peanuts. No point to having Spring Rolls without the Peanut Sauce.
