Phillips LCD TVs

Anyone have any experience with Phillips LCD TVs? I was looking at them and saw one at wal-mart for around 800. I also saw the Westinghouse for 800 bucks plus a 100 dollar gift certificate from best buy.

Now I'd like a nice tv hopefully around 32 inch - 37 inch for around 800 bucks.

What are my best options?
