As many of these that have gone on since this forum was started, I'd say it's a good bet that 80% of people who visit here actually got the email. Still, when I saw it in the inbox this morning, one of the first things I thought was "Yep, someone is going to post this in Hot Deals and someone is going to bitch"

This is nothing more than a sweepstakes. It even has "official Rules" and in them it says "one entry per person" and that they will "draw" the names.

I don't see why everyone bitches about this stuff....

They sent an email to everyone on their list, which means that you obviously signed up for the last beta test they did.

I know a year or two ago, I first signed up off one of the threads posted here, and ever since have been receiving emails. If it wasn't for a thread like this, I would have never gotten an email in the first place. So shut y'er pie hole!
