Phillips Acoustic Edge Sound Card $49.50 after MIR

I just picked up a Phillips Acoustic Edge 5.1 Sound Card at BB B&M clearanced for $69.50. There is also a $20 MIR to bring the final price to $49.50 plus tax. The deal is listed here on BB's web site, but they don't appear to have any more in stock online.

NE1 know of a good place to AMEX BVG it to? I found
this place, but it's OEM, so it probably won't work against a retail product...

i purchased this card a few months ago, when BB had it on sale.. it was then, $49 after rebate.. its a great card.. not complaints.. I am running it under win98 & WinXp.. and no issues.. just great sound.

One more thing:
I am looking for a sound card that I can hook up to my home stereo amplifier/home entertainment set-up thereby running my computer through ordinary speakers.

Does anyone know if this Phillips card allows this?

the AE is an awesome card, with driver updates every month or so. look at all teh pains ppl have with creative's total lack of interest in teh end user after he/she buys the product. how long did it take to get a "win2k fix" that didn't work for most people? this summer?
