Philips Acoustic Edge Vs. Realtek ALC850 AC'97

Hey,

I'll be getting my K8NF-9 soon, which has the ALC850 onboard sound. I'm using analogue outputs for my 4.1 setup and would like to know if I should throw in my Philips sound card or use the onboard sound. While the Philips may be old, it used to be "high-end" at the time. Which of these is better for DVD movies and gaming?

IMO, the AE is a much better card. The analog codecs used are top notch, and the QMSS is a great feature for gaming, DVD's and music listening.
