Actually, the OEM cards are a bit different than the retail cards. I have one of each. The OEMs come in the usual white box.

Philips does not and will not support the OEM cards. I would go with the retail card and the $20 rebate.

I have this card, lot clearer in win2k than my old sblive..no more pops and utter weird distortions...works great and sounds great!
