46" class. lol

I always like hearing companies use the word "class" in their TV descriptions. It's like Canon calling their latest camera "18 megapixel class".

Nice deal though. Are Philips sets reliable?

looking at the other tv's at Wally's it looks like class is a walmart thing rather than a Philips thing.

I've had my 42" ambilight II for 4 years now with no problems. *knocks on wood* I'd have upgraded it by now, but I fucking love the ambilight and am bummed it was phased out.

Sitting here with my ambilight mounted above my monitors :) I love the ambilight feature!

I've had mine for like 3 years now and I bought it used so it's about 4 years old an has no problems.. Definitely check reviews though because my particular set has a lot of problems with the video board going out, I have just been lucky.

I had a 55" Philips LCoS big screen for about 8 or 9 years that never had a single issue until we sold it.

A number of sets at Target also add the word "Class" if they are smaller. I saw something like a 31.5" that said '32" Class' on it.

I purchased this as last set for $500 at Sam's. It is Razor sharp in image quality. Very nice black levels and no ghoshting of any sort. It actually has a crappy netflix ap that you can play whatever is in your hot list but you cannot scroll to anything else so if you don't mind setting up your list on the computer then it is good for netflix as well. Yes Wireless dongle included. There is a 55" same TV that is hitting the age to clearance as well... Love my 46" though...
