I dunno.....there's a shit storm on social media and from what I am seeing most of it is in support of Phil. When we get to the point where nobody can express what they believe in anymore, people might just stop talking. If a gay or lesbian person has the right to express themselves and can be just as in your face about it, then to me a Christian has every much right to express that he doesn't agree with them. The double standards and the PC bullshit are what I have a problem with. Stations peddle absolute smut and promote crappy role models for kids, yet someone who stands for his principles is ridiculed and disciplined? It's not right.

A gay or lesbian person supporting their own right not to be told their going to hell for the way they were born on a nationally syndicated television show is a little bit different from a bigot supporting his own right to bash gays and blacks on that same show. There is nothing christian about his views. There is nothing in the christian bible that supports him, and there is nothing principled about his views on blacks being treated great by jim crow.


The idea that just because stations peddle "bullshit smut" means that they should allow racism and sexism is ludicrous. How exactly is he a good role model? He's deplorable, disgusting, and ignorant.

How did all that social media "backlash" work out for Paula Deen? Yeah I thought so.

Where do you think he was going to express his bigotry next? The New Yorker? He said the stuff TO A JOURNALIST knowing full well it was going to be published.
