Phenom X4 9950 OC help

What is the safe limits of voltage for the Phemon 9950? Currently I have mine at 3.0 by running the multiplier at 15x. I'm holding off on bumping up the FSB until my new ram arrives.

Any suggestions?

i wouldnt pass 1.6
i have a 9850BE that i have ran up to 1.6 but i try not to pass 1.55
for 24/7 settings i use 3.1Ghz @ 1.37Vcore (230 x 13.5)

what MOBO are you running?
