Actually that's not true. Techreport did a investigation into it, and found that Intel really outperforms AMD when you look beyond some average FPS number.

That's quite an interesting article Phynaz. Skyrim seems to be a pretty CPU-bound game, though, as apposed to Battlefield 3, for example.

I must agree to your statement.

I'll check my FPS in Skyrim when I have the time. (PS - Skyrim doesn't like Crossfire at all. BF3 loves it. 😀 )

Find me any gaming bench from a legitimate where the 960T is superior to the i3 in any game. You can't seem to do this simple task when there's millions of benchmarks out there for millions of games.

Are you ignoring what I replied to you with? A review on Anand that is more than 1-2FPS.

I'll even say that for general gaming I agree with you, the i3 > Ph II. But in a game that likes real cores, I don't think we can say that without proof. You have not provided any proof.

There are games that Intel CPUs are faster even in high IQ and high resolutions like in DX-9 games SC2 and Skyrim, DX-11 Civ V and F1 2011.
