Phase Change

The two most well-known manufacturers are Asetek and ECT.

Asetek produces the Vapochill units in all of their many incarnations, with varying levels of cooling power, wattage consumption and priced accordingly.

ECT offers the Prometeia. From what I've been able to gather, the Prometeia will provide slightly better performance. For instance, the latest unit is the Prometeia Mach 2 GT. These, like the Vapochills, will cost an arm and a leg, and then some. But then you'll probably be willing to spend such money since you started this thread.

An alternate solution is a water chiller. Certain other forums which I won't name list a bounty of info on this option. Mail me if interested.

Last thing, doing the proper necessary insulation to prevent condensation from damaging your components is a pain. I've been looking into this myself, and frankly I'm not looking forward to it.

The nVentiv Mach 3 thingy or the Asetek VapoChill LS systems are both good.
The Asetek VapoChill Extreme Edition isn't too bad either.
Feel free to ship a system to me, paid for by you.

nVentiv was absorbed by Extreme Cooling Technologies. Mach 2 GT is the latest unit.
I'd purchase one but its a true shame the warranty is only one year. Rather do it myself.

lol..

go check out xtremesystems.org... there are nice threads over there.

you can also get a custom made one from chilly1 at xtreme built to your specifications

A cascade is a different thing than just a vapochil or Mach II which are only single stage units. Cascades uses at least 2 units, uses a different gas.

Check this out: http://www.gwmsi.com/modules.php?name=Overclocking

You a right when you talk about chilly1 and others building system to your spec but I would also suggest PC Ice who is making super great unit and are the ones run by OPP(OPPAINTER) on his day to day PC's...in competitions he uses a PC Ice cascade. Anyway, bottom line, compared to commercial units, They will cost less than and are more powerful.

Hope this helps. Phase chase when done correctly is a bit more expensive then high end watercooling but provide much greater results, less mess and less maintenance. People just don't know how it works and are scared. It's like watercooling 5 years + ago. People were scare of watercooling and now you have kits sold left and right.
