Pharmacist who killed robber guilty of murder

That sure is a lot more costly then the 60 cents worth of lead he pumped into the robber. I mean we all know violent crimals in prison come out smelling llike roses never to commit another crime. Oh wait..no..that is not reality at all. And all on the tax payers dime too. So nice.

He got what he deserved. Just too bad it wasnt with the first bullet. And im not defending the pharmasist either. Im on record on page 3 saying throw the book at him for murder. But again he did not ask to be put in that situation, the robbers brought it upon him and themselves. Dont want to die, dont commit crimes. It is really as simple as that.

I'm surprised the other robber isn't charged with murder. His accomplice died which means he's technically on the hook for his death as well.

He did society a favor by shooting the punk, but his lack of ability to control himself is a little scary. Did be ever stop and think "gee, really bad things could happen to me if I put five more bullets into this who's already down?"

The crime is called felony murder and I'm kind of surprised he wasn't charged as well. Here's the statute for felony murder in Oklahoma from what I can find.

"A person also commits the crime of murder in the first degree, regardless of malice, when that person or any other person takes the life of a human being during, or if the death of a human being results from, the commission or attempted commission of murder of another person, shooting or discharge of a firearm or crossbow with intent to kill, intentional discharge of a firearm or other deadly weapon into any dwelling or building as provided in Section 1289.17A of this title, forcible rape, robbery with a dangerous weapon, kidnapping, escape from lawful custody, eluding an officer, first degree burglary, first degree arson, unlawful distributing or dispensing of controlled dangerous substances, or trafficking in illegal drugs." Okla. Stat. tit. 21, § 701.7 (2006).

He was and plead guilty but as a juvenile (he was 14) so he'll be back out robbing or killing people before his 19th birthday. There were two adult accomplices or co-conspirators who planned the robbery and put the boys up to it. Both of them were convicted in different trials of first-degree murder.

He was. So were the two adults in their 30' and 40's who convinced the kids to do the robbery, provided the gun and masks and drove the kids to the store. Four people were convicted of murder.

Probably a gang initiation type thing would be my guess.
 
Who cares if he's 14, he's a dumbass criminal. They should make a new penalty which is excessive self-defense. Criminals dying have no sympathy from me, once they start robbing people, especially if one of the robbers are armed, they should be able to be killed. More criminals that are killed, the less there will be that harm innocent people.
