After thinking about it for awhile, this. The scumbag deserves nothing once he made the decision to rob the store owner. Perhaps if that despicable subhuman piece of shit had gotten a job instead, he'd still be alive right now.

And that is the vicitims responsibility to decide? I dont care why he did it. You dont under any circumstance rob a store armed and expect leniency from your would be victim.

Stop putting the cart before the horse. The pharmasist was the initial victim. He did not asked to be robbed. One of the consequences of robbery is being killed. He took his chance and lost.

Armed robbers can't bitch when they get shot, and gun toting morons can't bitch when they get caught taking the law into their own hands. This isn't the wild west, just because someone's stupid enough to give you a gun doesn't mean you're the bringer of peace and can do whatever the fuck you want.

the 14 yr old was the initial victim. he did not ask to be brought up in teh ghetto. probably didnt have equitable access to education. society had failed him.

i think we have all learned valuable lessons here:

1. get rid of recording equipment

2. pump the perp full of lead all at one time

3. if there are cameras/witnesses, you must yell "stop going for your weapon!" while pumping them full of lead

He failed when he chose to pick up a gun and do what he thought was needed to make some money.

He also failed to realize that an old white man was just waiting for the chance and moment to kill a black man. He failed to realize that once he was shot in the head, there is a chance that this racist would take that moment to kill him.

He put himself in this situation. And the law has done more than enough to discourage people from going past the point of defending themselves and being judge, jury and executioner.

He also made it an example that the next time some blood thirsty gun owner is out to kill someone in "self defense", they need to make sure no one is watching, it isn't recorded and they kill them in one to two shots. Clearly, those who bring up this point do not recognize the law and wish to break it.

Boo hoo hoo. Nobody get's the choice on how/when we are born and raised, but we are still responsible for our own decisions. I don't agree with the pharmacist, going back and pumping 5 more rounds into the kid, but make no mistake he had a right to defend himself. When you decide to commit armed robbery you take your life into your own hands.

Can you link me an the article where he says he is a racist or you just going to keep playing the race card? As if it really matters what race the said armed robber is. I mean im sure if it was a white robber he would have just let him take what he wanted.

There was no reason to shoot 5 more bullets into him, other than he wanted him dead.

And, he wanted him dead for being black.
 
This kid made a bad choice and died for it. But if you and I believe the world is better off without a person like this, I can't possibly believe the world is better with this pharmacist in it either. We can debate all day about whether it was 1st degree or manslaughter, but the fact remains he killed a person in cold blood. Justice had already been given out when he shot the dude in the head. But he commited murder when he finished him off. At that point he commited the same crime the boy and his friend threatened to do.

You sure it had nothing to do with because they came into his business armed and dangerous and looking to rob him?

Cleary he just wanted to kill black people. I mean you should see this guys trophy room of black heads. It is pretty impressive.

He was looking to rob him. He then got shot in the head. Fell to the ground and left alone.

The robbery victim comes back and decides to take another gun and pump 5 more bullets into him - not call the cops or anything.

He was well beyond the point of self defense. Anything after that is racist rage.
