Phantom CPU load

Something is using a bunch of cpu cycles in one of my boxes. Check out the picture below. Nothing is running, or at least I don't have anything running.

Anybody have any idea what's causing this?

Here are my system specs:

P4 3.0 running mildly overclocked @ 15 x 220fsb (3300mhz)
Epox 4PDA2 mobo
512mbs ram
Generic Geforce 2 MX400
20gig drive for OS and swap/scratch disk
80gig drive for render
BTC 8x DVD recorder
Tried both WinXP and 2K, same result

I used to have a similar problem. Installed sygate personal firewall and did a cleanup of spyware, and have had no problems since.
