PGP 7.0 crashing outlook

I installed PGP 7.0 (because any higher versions were not free) and I was able to encrypt and sign an outlook message, but when I try to view an encrypted email it crashes outlook before it can even open it. Help?

Who's encrypted mail are you looking at.

i.e. is it your mail or anothers.
