I didn't see any docs on their site yet, but I'm surfing from my phone.

Console port can work a couple different ways, here's the trend I see with newer gear and USB style console ports...

There will be a piece of software that you install on the workstation, which creates a virtual com port....when you plug in the usb cable it will recognize the device and activate the vcom port.

It's rare, but I've also see a 9pin serial port to mini USB connector that worked as usual, IIRC that was a juniper converged switch.
