I very much prefer authentic, but I still eat the Americanized stuff. Its a different type of food IMO.

i wouldn't drive 15 minutes for pf changs. panda is way more legit fake chinese food than pf changes. if you are in LA, lucky deli has 1 dollar chinese and its pretty good too.

I've always thought of PF Changs as like the Pizza Hut of chinese food.

Only way more expensive. I'm trying to be less snobby about chains but the one time I went to PF Changs I just couldn't get past the garish decor of the place. It's almost like it's trying to be a parody of a fancy Chinese restaurant.
