I like it that they are making a diesel-powered sports-car :). That 400 newtons of torque is nothing to sneeze at :D!

While the front is classical Peugeot, the rear is quite ungainy, almost ugly..

But look's like it has got potential. I am not sure whether it is really a TT competitor. Looks more of a competitor with the likes of the Opel, Lotus roadsters etc..

I bet that car is a bit like the new BMW 7-series. When everyone saw it's pics, they said it's ugly. When they see it in real life, they got floored by it's good looks.

and, like I said, I like it that it's also available in diesel :).

Look around for other pics. I pulled a couple off of Google, it does look kind of funny in the back, more like a Toyota Echo than a sports car.

i really like the car, well the front of it. the back leaves a LOT to be desired. but i would still take the TT turbo over it. :D

Yeah, I had already seen pictures of it before. But needless to say, an interesting concept and funky engine choice. Wonder whether they will really make it and would it sell...

Actually, not many people have liked the gargutian new 7 in person either. I saw 2 on the NJ turnpike the other day. Looks quite bloated and ungainy. It's almost as if Hyundai designers were employed and collaborated with BMW to design the new 7. And yeah, also one of the new 7, I saw on the TP seemed to having some problem, since the lady was trying to call up on her cell-phone and didn't seem too happy. :Q

Every one I know thought that the new 7-series look either ugly or "OK" in the pics... But once they saw in in real life, their opinions changed :)

As for the rear of the Peugeot... I like it :D

I don't get how this is a competitor to the TT. It's a nice car, but it's totally different from the TT! It's tiny like a lotus, not bigger and curvier like the TT. Just because it has a similar sized engine it's "the answer to the TT" (are there any other similarities)? I think Peugeot just wants to get more sales - it's a totally different car, and I don't see it taking any of the TT's market away.
