I have a small, unfenced yard so a dog is out.

The cat I got last Thurs is declawed and rescued from a home with 5-7 clawed cats where he was getting mauled all the time.

He's in good shape though, no lost eyes or torn ears and a big freakin' whiner.

I don't have pets, but my roommate has two horses, two dogs, two cats, five (?) chickens and 32-33 guinea hens.

Horses FTFMW.

2 rabbits. Had one for the longest time, but got him a girlfriend about 6 weeks ago. Took a while for them to like each other, but now they don't like to be apart at all.

Cats: Closest we will ever come to a group photo
1 Maine my excellent compatriot appeared on our front porch as a kitten 16 years ago
1 white cat that we found going through the garbage in 1994, turned out to be pregnant
1 Birman looking cat that was one of 3 kittens from the above, the other 2 have passed :(
1 black and white tabby rescued from a storm drain
2 tabbys, 1 long haired tabby rescued from same storm drain as feral kittens. Not sure if the black in white was the mother but she was with them always.
1 long haired black, white, and brown with 1 blue, 1 green eye that came running down the street yelling at the top of his lungs as a kitten and right up our driveway where he started to climb up my wifes leg.
1 tortoise shell that was hanging around our house that we finally took in when winter came.

1 Guinea pig cast off from family with alergic kid, 3 red eared slider turtles cast off from an elementary school classroom, and 3 Parakeets.

Damn, dude. You're the man for taking in so many animals.

Me: Two dogs - Hunter, fresh from playing with a pal's super-slobbery boxer and Louie, caught napping on the bed, where was knew he wasn't supposed to be.

Edit: Hunter's 'mine'; he's 14 now, got him from a shelter at ~4 months. Louie's 'my wife's' dog - she's had one or more maltese in the family since she was a kid.

Do you have a picture of Amala? My parents are pretty sure our dog is a Carolina Dog, but we aren't 100% sure...

My parents have a dog, we think she's a Carolina Dog. Rubidium (like the element) although she's frequently called Ruby.

Now how exactly do rabbits express displeasure?
