Rename it to "Conspiracy Theorists and Nutjobs". Petition below:
And no, its not because I got "butthurt" by something I posted there, but these people are really out of touch with reality.

Disagree. If you name it that they might actually start posting in other subforums which defeats the purpose of P&N, to keep the wackos isolated.
 
I've asked before for it to be changed to "Politics and Economics". We all know that half the "news" items end up in Off Topic, anyway, it doesn't make sense to call it "Politics and News" if you only mean political news.

Economics is the natural complement to politics and should belong in the same forum.

There are very few people in there actually looking to "discuss" politics, but instead tell each other why they're right and everyone else is wrong.
