My main issue with 2007 is that its reference system is a very half-assed implementation. With only minor additions they could have competed with EndNote yet those chose to implement it so poorly that nobody wants to use it. Add that to the fact that it crashed any time a table of contents was selected and you scrolled off the page and it just plain sucks.

I think it's a bit like Vista, people have issues/problems with it or not. Those that do hate it, those that don't love it, with me being one of the later.
