I love how all Mosh and eits stubbornly refuse to even address it.

You don't do something like this in Times Square and not get video taped & photographed by random people.
never said random people wouldn't be all camera happy because some girl is doing a pirouette in public. never ever said that.

i did say the guy's a creep. i've shown videos proving what he's up to. he's not your "average joe" creep showing up to get a video of this girl to fap off to later. he's looking to profit from the uneasiness and disruption he creates when he sees the opportunity to get up in someone's face like that in public.

I know he has the right to film in public but I wonder if he has a right to profit by using someone without their consent? Hmmmm?

I watched it, and I totally agree with Mosh. All that guy is doing is trying to piss people off and profit from it.
Technically, yes...he has the right to film. And everyone else has the right to think he's a loser, which he is.

But he was just standing there!, if he's making comments like "sweet ass baby" or some such, yea but he is silent until oldbat gets self-righteous and tells him "I deny you the right to tape her". Hell if no one fucks with him it gets like 500 you tube hits, where's the profit?.

Of course he does, ever watch TMZ/any show on E!/<insert celeb gossip show>?

It's sad people in this thread don't understand your own rights (including standing in front of the camera guy).

this is what I was getting on about on the first page of this thread. You have "the right" to go out and film, shoot whatever in public, but as soon as any of "your work" shows up in public, in a gallery, published, as part of advertising, whatever...you will get your pants sued off if the subject never signed consent and they catch wind of their image being used.

pro photographers carry around consent forms whenever they go out shooting for exactly this reason.

The public has "a right" to shoot in public. No one has "the right" to content that includes others without their consent.

wtf is a "goober?" And yes, although that guy was a creep, he did have every right to do what he was doing. Although the other people also had every right to object. I'm pretty sure the (actual) photographers were taking pictures of her whole form, not just her ass.
