Pervert videotapes a girl's butt in Time Square

He had the right yes.

He was a creepy prick as well. His voice just confirms this. As well as the use of the word "goober" in any situation other than a kid <5 years old. I imagine him looking like this:

The guy making this video is Joey Boots, known for being on the Howard Stern show. His site is full of videos of him trying to cause a disturbance to get laughs. He’s not focused on getting footage of the girl (in fact, he’s openly gay) but the reaction.

Times Square is probably the most public place on this planet. Anyone expecting privacy in that spot, ESPECIALLY when your freaking crotch is over your head, can go fuck herself.

Hell, if I saw that in time square I would video tape it.

She doesn't want pervs, or guys who hook up with Howard Stern to get a buck for playing jackass in public, filming her. It looked like a ballet pose, you noticed the ballet slippers? Who are you to say what she was doing exactly. It could've been for a dance portfolio with the busy city in the background.
 
its not the pose thats questionable. But it's the pose with the short shorts she was wearing and the setting she was in

What's odd is that Joey Boots is a gay man - not sure why he felt compelled to zoom in on this girl's crotch this way. He is a longtime drug addict and all-around loser (as well as being a Stern show hanger-on for many years).

Then she shouldn't have been putting her crotch over her head in TIMES SQUARE. I bet at least 10 different CCTV cameras took video of her spread legs. If you don't want random people to take your picture/video, then don't go to what is probably the most photographed/videotaped public space in the world.
