So my cousin was in a Pier 1 imports and saw this older guy whacking itto a little girl. She followed him out the store yelled at him. He broke down crying. She then took a picture of his car plate. Dude was a registered sex offender and wanted in 5 counties. Crazy shiot
 
All I can say is good for her. Sex offenders need to have ethics computer chips implanted into their minds to stop this behavior. On another side it should also phone home if anything disturbing pops up.
 
ok, lemme try and figure this out, this guy was wacking off to a little girl and she hit him and then he followed her out and then broke into tears and she took a pic of his license plate?

edit: wait, I think I got it. the guy was wacking off while looking at a little girl (whether it was a pic or an actual girl i dunno), the cousin of the OP then yells at the guy, continues to yell at the guy as he leaves the store. outside of the store he breaks down and cries. cousin takes pic of car license plate, finds out he is a sex offender

What I read was older guy was whacking (hitting) a small child who took a picture of his license plate - this makes sense...little girl invades his privacy so you commence with the whacking. Somewhere in there the cousin broke down crying.
