Persuade me that i really dont need an ipod shuffle...please

i really like the shuffle...if it were available sooner, i would have just bought a shuffle and never bought my ipod..its small. light..and a neat little toy
 
They're overpriced. It's a 1GB flash player, it's not exactly something new. Why pay 200-300 dollars for something you can get for half that from Creative or Rio that actually has a display?

i got it for $33 cuz i had some gift certificates, i still feel i paid too much. its not a real ipod, the strength of the ipod is the interface.

I've had a 15gb 3g and a mini, and the shuffle is not at all the same.

Whoops, that's their $100 dollar range item isn't it? Well regardless, for a hundred bucks you can get the same thing with a screen for that price. The only people who buy Shuffles are people who want to brag about owning the sexy new iPod product.
 
I did poorly on my midterm and bought the shuffle, it's actually working out better than I thought, the only thing I really hate is of course the screen. But the sucker is so small and light, I'm really liking it. 🙂

You don't want an ipod shuffle because it's a terrible flash player for the money. If you're itching to buy a new toy, get something worth your money, like a nomad muvo
