Personalized Favorites in IE 6.0

Running Windows 2000 Professional and IE 6.0. When IE is open and I hit favorites in the menu bar, personalized menus are there (the shortened menus). I hate it when it does that, how do you get rid of those? I've gotten rid of them in the start menu, by unselecting it in taskbar. Is there a property that will disable it in IE?

Thanks.

Disable(uncheck) "Use personalized favorite menu" in tool/internet options/advanced (in IE6).
