Personal Forum Issues

The place looks more like a jail cell (with all those locks) rather than a forum location for grievances. 😕

I like the mods here and I know there are good reasons for locking those threads, but seriously, can we move some of those threads somewhere else?

It just looks depressing. 🙁


Regarding this post, it was tempting to post it in the PFI area, but I'm not sure what the mods might think ...

I could move this to PFI but then I'd have to lock it since the answer to your question is no and zeruty gave an excellent explanation of the workings of PFI and there are other cures for your depression.

Welcome to AnandTech, son.
That is how PFI works.
Once the issue is dealt with, the thread is locked. It served it's purpose, and no further posts are needed.

It just looks depressing. 🙁

The PFI area is the CORRECT location to post this thread. So... what the mods are thinking now, is that you posted this in the wrong forum. I'm sure it will be locked or moved.

It's not like posting it here will make it so the mods never see it :roll: So it would be best just to post in PFI.

I DO want the mods to see this thread. But, if it's not within guidelines, I risk starting a neffing thread and that I do NOT want on my hands.

So, the way I figured things, Off-Topic should be a safe bet.
 
It's what happens when many of the problems listed are with/because of/in response to the mods and the "head mod" has refused to answer any questions or take much of any action for going on about 3 months now.
