Sounds silly, but humour me hehe.

Using this computer for a personal Web/FTP/IRC/VNC server and mostly play online turn based games as well as some RPGs occasionally.

Now, which would be more optimal, 320Mb of ram at PC133 CAS 2 or 448Mb at CAS 3?

Using Win2k... and just about the msot intensive dance i put on this rig is merely having it on for 3 months at a time, running RC5, my web/ftp/irc/vnc servers, 20 IE5 windows open, 3 presentations open, Visual Studio open, Command line Borland open, winamp open, and a game like UT or TA open....
