Personal (10-12U) racks? Also, server question

Hello all, two questions:

1) I am buying rackmount equipment and would like to get a smallish rack. 12U would probably be perfect, but everything up to ~20U would work. Does anyone have recommendations on where to buy personal racks like this?

2) I am about to buy the hardware for a new box. It will primarily be a fileserver, and its secondary purpose will be as a mysql db. The key goal is to have a RAID5 array that i can put important data on, and a central point to do backups from. I did a bit of searching and came up with the following hardware list, and was wondering if anyone can provide recommendations if anything is mismatched; it's been about two years since i built a PC, so i'm a bit out of touch :)

This would be a linux box:

Generic 3U case
Asus A8V Delux
AMD Athlon 64 2800+
Thermaltake silent boost K8
2x Corsair 512MB DDR PC3200
1x Seagate 80GB ATA-100 (system drive)
4x Seagate 200GB 7200.7 SATA (raid array)
Promise Fastrak S150SX4 RAID controller

One last thing, i will probably have a DVD burner in this box at some point (lite-on?), and i dont know much about power requirements; the case i am looking at comes with a 300W; presumably i should get something a bit beefier? Anyone have recommendations that aren't too loud?

Thanks!

As far as question one, look at live sound places like this. They carry smaller racks for audio gear that are standard width.
