Persistent Access to Drive C: Denied Alert

I have an WinXP machine with Norton Systemworks 2002 that is on a network. Recently I temorarily shared the C drive with my other machines. I then removed the drive from network access. Now every time I boot that machine I get the warning in the thread title and have to click it closed to procede. Any ideas why Norton has stuck his nose in here and is giving me this warning and expecially how I can stop it from appearing. I assume it's part of the virus protection function in Norton which I want to have active, but I don't know why that's gotten into the network issues.
