I'm not sure how to make it possible so my other networked computers can access my shared folders.. I know I can add 'everyone' and it will work, but I want to restrict it to just one of my other computers.
I have winxp.

I'm trying to add my administrator account on my dell computer.
EDIT;
I'm adding everything here that was asked, so it's more detailed..
I have WINXP MCE on this computer.. (where the folders/files are shared.)
I'm trying to connect to the shared files on this computer through a networked computer running win2000 or winxp home
it says here: http://www.practicallynetworked.com/sharing/xp_filesharing/08clientconnect.htm
that it should prompt me for a username/pass ..but it doesn't.. whenever I click the workgroup->computer->shared folder ..it just says I don't have permission to access it.
I tried accessing it on both a win2000 and a winxp home pc.. both are connected to the same workgroup.. and worked before I disabled 'simple file sharing' and added the permissions.
I only have windows firewall and I've turned it off to test. when I add "EVERYONE" to permissions I can access the shared folder from the networked computers.. but I don't want to give access to ALL the computers on my network.
